2. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Onsite Xperts mobile application ("App") on iOS or Android. It applies to all users of the App, whether on a free or paid subscription plan.
3. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:

•Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account or sign in via one-time passcode (OTP).

•Event data: Event names, dates, times, venues, and any notes you enter.

•Attendee and stakeholder data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers you enter for guests, vendors, or team members.

•Crew and labor records: Staff names, roles, and clock-in/clock-out times you log.

•Budget and payment records: Expense items, amounts, and payment transactions you record within the App.

•Photos and logos: Images you upload from your photo library for event branding or receipts.
Information collected automatically:

•Usage data: App features accessed, session duration, and error logs, collected to improve app stability.

•Device information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers used to provide and troubleshoot the service.
Information from third-party services:

•RevenueCat: Manages subscription purchases and renewal status on our behalf. RevenueCat receives your device's anonymous App Store receipt and subscription status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

•Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Process all subscription payments. We do not store your payment card information.

•AI features (OpenAI / Anthropic): If you use the AI Copilot or AI Floor Plan features, your text prompts are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. Do not include sensitive personal information in AI queries.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

•Create and maintain your account and sync your event data across devices.

•Allow you and authorized collaborators to share and manage event information in real time.

•Process and verify your subscription status.

•Respond to support requests.

•Detect and fix technical errors.

•Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

•With collaborators you invite: When you share an event, the collaborators you invite can view and (depending on permissions you set) edit the event data you share with them.

•With service providers: RevenueCat (subscription management) and cloud infrastructure providers operate under confidentiality agreements and process data only as directed by us.

•If required by law: We may disclose information if required to do so by a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.

•Business transfers: If 333Xperts LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.
6. Camera and Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your device camera solely to scan QR codes for attendee check-in. The App requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to upload event logos and receipt images. We do not store raw camera images on our servers. Photos you upload are stored in your account to be displayed within the App.
7. Data Storage and Security
Event data is stored locally on your device using SQLite and, when you choose to sync, on our secure cloud servers hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication sessions are managed using secure, short-lived tokens. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
8. Children's Privacy
Onsite Xperts is intended for use by event professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us at contact@333xperts.com and we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

•Request deletion of your account and associated data.

•Withdraw consent for optional data processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@333xperts.com. We will respond within 30 days. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA; contact us for more information.
10. Data Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account within the App, or email contact@333xperts.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
11. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Onsite Xperts Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS; Google Play → Subscriptions on Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
